==Early life==
Born in the St. Pius Parish neighborhood of the Mumbai City borough of Mulund, the youngest of six children of Montina Flory D’Sa, a homemaker, and Lawrence Anthony D’Sa, an Naval Officer posted at the Bombay Port Trust, Savio is a Roman Catholic and, as a child, served as an altar boy. D’Sa completed his schooling in St Pius X High School (Mulund West) following which he joined St Xavier College Mumbai after which he pursued his graduation from the University Of Mumbai.
During his schooling years he was extremely involved in School and Church Skits and plays. D’Sa was known for his mimicry skills and humor right from his childhood days.
